Shipping FAQ’S

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes up to 1-2 business days not including the day you ordered but sometimes sooner.

Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.

2. Can I make changes to my order?

Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete. In some cases, we may allow it. Please contact theonewhorise@gmail.com about your order.

Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact mail carrier for further details once you receive tracking number.

3. What happens if my order gets sent back?

If your order gets sent back to our mailbox, it can be due to an incomplete address. It takes 7-12 days for your package to be sent back and processed by us. In a case as such, we will reach out to you and ask if you would like it shipped to a different address or the correct address. Please keep in mind, that it is YOUR responsibility to pay a $10 shipping fee again. If you decline, we will cancel your order and you will be refunded minus the shipping fee. Refunds take typically 3-5 business days depending on your bank. This is completely out of our control and we ask that in order to avoid this, your address is correct once your first order is made.
